IOT M2M Chip Personalization Machine is for M2M module/chip personalization, laser printing and electrical + vision inspection.

Machine General stations/functions:

Input reel *1 : to load module;
Rotation *1: to change the direction of module if necessary;
Positioning *1: to position module;
Module encoding *32 socket: with 32 Mingsen reader for module encoding;
Rejecting *1: to reject error module in encoding;
Transporting *1 set: to transport module;
Laser *1: Mingsen's HS 20W fiber laser;
ATR *1: to detect module ATR;
Rejecting *1: to reject error ATR module;
OCR *1: to detect laser printing result;
Rejecting *1: to reject error laser printed module;
Rotation *1: to change the direction of module if necessary;
Rejecting *1: to reject module in rotation station when emptying the machine;
On-line remaking *1: to remake error module;
Module loading *1: to load good module into reel;
Sealing *1: to seal the loaded reel;
Cutting *1: to cut finished tape.
Vacuum *1: to supply vacuum for machine.
Smog filter *1: to suck laser printing dust.

• Machine is capable to make 5*6, 4*4.2 and 2*2 module. 
• Machine will alarm if any module dropped during the transportation.
• Dropped module can be easily found due to machine's neat surface.
• Camera structure provided for module monitoring.

Throughput:3,000 +UPH (depending one perso time)

• Support QFN: 5mm*6mm, QFN 5mm * 5mm, DFN 4mm *4.2mm, 2mm*2mm, Sim, MFF2, DFN8, WLCSP etc. If required, minimum 1.5*1.5mm module could be made.
• Material format: tray & tape; Reel/tray in à reel/tray out
• Shortest change time of different module in the market, no need to change suction cup for different size chip. Swittching procuction between 5*6 and 4*4.2 module time will be less than 30 minutes.
• Support online re-perso.
• OCR Checking module.
• Servo motor and lead screw transporting method enjoys higher accuracy and stability than normal belt transporting.
• Cameras to check quality.
• It supports background controlling, remote data loading, encryption, etc.
• With stable performance, the machine can still run normally even on the condition of continuous running for 24 hours×7 days.
